What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Analytics, you’ll be involved in:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analysing marketing lead and campaign performance data for board reporting, identifying trends, and opportunities for optimisation across other marketing departments,
- Campaign Performance Evaluation: Evaluate marketing performance across omni-channels (i.e., paid, owned, earned media),
- Pipeline Integrity Data Management: Maintaining data pipeline integrity by managing data across campaign and source within our global CRM(s),
- Data Integrity: Maintain and improve data collection processes to ensure accurate and reliable data, using tools such as SQL Excel, GA4/Tag Manager to perform analysis and generate reports,
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including field marketing, product marketing, revenue operations and sales, to align database marketing efforts with overall business goals (e.g. data cleansing/standardisation, list creation for outbound prospecting etc.,),
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine marketing reporting processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

It’s important that you have purposeful curiosity and passion for what you do.
The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help our marketing team make informed decisions. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
- Bachelor’s of Business (Marketing),
- At least 5 years’ experience in marketing data analysis or a similar role,
- Expertise in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, Python,
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights,
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders,
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics,
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy & integrity,
- Ability to think conceptually and analytically on problems and issues, identify and present recommendations in a simple and compelling manner,
- Working in an agile business environment,
- An understanding of, or experience with marketing SaaS products (B2C FMCG industries are also desired).

As a Global Marketing Analyst, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Note: We are currently undertaking a global marketing data project to define and implement a marketing data lake to store and consolidate structured and unstructured cross channel data. You will be essential in supporting this project in collaboration with the Head of Marketing Data Analytics.
Within 1 month:
- Understand each department and how they work with Marketing,
- Formed relationships with key stakeholders across the business,
- Absorbed and understood previous marketing strategies, ways of working and approaches to growth,
- Understanding of each product within the Reapit suite and their customer journeys.
Within 3 months:
- Identified key gaps in our current ways of working, and accommodated short, medium and long-term goals into your plan to start executing,
- Delivered short-term outcomes for the business by evaluating existing channels, identifying opportunities for automating manual ETL processes.
Within 6 months:
- Executing on the marketing data lake project,
- Fully ramped and supporting the Head of Marketing Analytics to providing departmental and board reporting,
- You are deeply embedded into the Reapit business, and are the go-to expert marketing data management operationally.
