What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of IT EMEA you’ll be involved in:
- Working with global internal technology, business and project teams to support end users and help deliver systems change.
In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting technology solutions that bring business process and existing tooling together to meet the wider business needs.
- Managing and maintaining internal business systems.
- Supporting the internal users in their use of our business systems.
Who we’re looking for

- 1-3 years of experience as a Systems administrator or IT technician.
- Proven experience maintaining MS Entra and Intune.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SaaS business platforms and technologies.
- Familiarity with modern security tools and requirements.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal clients and internal teams.
What your impact and success looks like
As a Junior Systems Administrator we expect your success and impact in the initial stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
- Gain familiarity with the organisation's systems, infrastructure, software platforms, and integration tools.
- Get acquainted with ongoing projects, including objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contribute in small ways to ongoing projects, such as assisting with documentation, conducting basic system assessments, or shadowing team members.
- Review existing documentation related to systems, processes, and projects.
Within 3 months:
- Take a deeper dive into supporting the user base, gaining a better understanding of requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Engage in targeted training or self-study to enhance technical skills relevant to the role, such as programming languages, integration technologies and support delivery tools.
- Begin interacting directly with internal clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide support on IT and business systems issues.
- Start actively contributing to problem-solving efforts within IT team, offering insights and suggestions for improving processes.
Within 6 months:
- Have delivered on objectives as part of a wider team, showing attention to detail and adherence to business practices.
- Strengthened relationships with internal clients by providing proactive support, addressing concerns promptly, and offering value-added insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization within ongoing projects and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
- Share insights and lessons learned with team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
